The core team is represented by the first two rungs in the progression chart it comprises of the Trainees, Analysts, Associates, Specialist and the Support Service Executives.
Analyst

This is the place to be if you want to get away from just writing documentation. We work collaboratively with our clients and respond to their changing needs to deliver real business value.
Associate
Your work here will be varied; you could find yourself leading on software delivery projects, business process change and project scoping. But you'll always be involved in communicating with clients to understand their business requirements.
Specialist
A Specialist in Paripoorna applies the knowledge of Program and Project Management and client relationship building in a truly unique environment. When you join Paripoorna as a Specialist, you will get to work in one of the most unique software delivery environments.

Management team
The management team is represented by the 3rd and 4th rungs in the progression chart it comprises of the Software Managers, the Software Architects, the Group Head and the Support Service Managers.
Manager
You get to work closely with People (HR), Business Development, Account Management, Legal, and Finance functions to ensure that Delivery concerns are highlighted and taken into account, escalating issues to the management as appropriate.
Architect
Strong communication with both technical and business teams, Strong design experience and technical knowledge, Analytical and 'joined-up' thinking, Conflict resolution are the skills that describe a Software Architect here at paripoorna.
Group Head
As a group head at Paripoorna you support world-class delivery of projects. You get to ensure that from proposal to Delivery, all projects are evaluated identifying all potential risks to successful delivery. You ensure plans are put in place to mitigate the identified risks and the plans are executed successfully. You also ensure our best practices are understood and leveraged by all delivery teams.

Leadership team
The final rung in the progression chart represents the leadership team it comprises of the Associate Vice Presidents, the Vice Presidents and the Senior Vice Presidents. Vice President are responsible for generating new business for Paripoorna by Steering initiatives in process improvement, continuously creating value for all customers with superior quality. They are responsible for all aspects of Paripoorna’s production house, delivering its Products, Services and Solutions business around the world.
