| Helpdesk Support
Our Help Desk Support is broadly categorized into 3 types:
- Type 1: Type 1 support provides basic software application and/or hardware support
to customers.
- Type 2: Type 2 support provides more complex support and/or subject matter expertise
on software applications and/or hardware and is usually an escalation up from type
1 support.
- Type 3: Type 3 support provides support on complex hardware and network operating
system software. It will involve a certified systems engineer. Support durations
vary widely depending upon the type of incident.
